Shipping policy

Processing Time: All Black Diamondz formulas are freshly mixed and packaged in our studio. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment.

Domestic Shipping: We ship nationwide via USPS and UPS Ground. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once shipped. Tracking information will be emailed automatically as soon as your label is created.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand globally in the near future.

Lost or Damaged Items: Black Diamondz Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. If your product arrives physically broken or leaking due to shipping transit, please contact us at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue immediately.
