Return & Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and strict cosmetic hygiene standards, Black Diamondz Cosmetics LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on any hair oil, mists, gels, or scalp treatments once they have shipped. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We take immense pride in our quality control. If your order arrives physically damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at your email address. You must include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and shipping packaging. Once verified, we will immediately ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations:
Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered our studio formulation and packing queue, it can no longer be canceled.
